Through mindfulness and meditation we can create for ourselves a space to nurture ourselves. Within our nest, built of mantras, we can find space to grow and connect with our truth.
The nest within this painting is built from 108 ‘sticks’, these in turn are 108 mantras or breaths. The three eggs represent the three stages of life: birth, life and death.
